Had my first mani/pedi in years at Classy Nails yesterday. Pedi was done by Phoenix. They were gentle and meticulous, which made this a totally relaxing experience. I love the ambience, especially the calming music and nature scenes on the TV screen. Didn't get the name of the person who did my gel manicure, but it was perfect, and she even did an extra coat because it was a bit to light. I'm happy to have this neighborhood spot and can't wait to visit again.
Worst nail salon visit of my life. The woman who did my nails was 20 minutes late for my appointment and the work was shotty. The "shellac manicure" lasted three days and peeled off, along with my cuticles peeling off from where she hastily clipped them. I called to get a refund or have them redone and haven't heard back yet. Stay tuned to see how they'll compensate me.
