I struggle with psoriasis affecting my nails which makes them grow in strange directions sometimes. Kathy handled it perfectly and made all my nails look straight and not bumpy! Thank you Kathy!

They did a really great job. I got a regular pedi with the hot stone massage and it felt amazing and the polish is perfect. I also got a gel mani with glitter detail added - I showed her a photo of something I liked and she did such a good job replicating it. Worth the money. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the clear top coat is a little splotchy on the ends of each nail like there wasn't enough applied and it kind of dragged at the edges?

Poor time management is killing this salon. They have good service at reasonable prices but constantly overbook themselves. Your appointment time means nothing if they could take walk ins right in front of you. Also they drop services when busy so if you want a manicure and a pedicure - you may only get one if they booked out their technicians. Literally couldn't even manage a basic mani/pedi in 90 mins as they took too many walk-ins so could no longer accompany my appointment time. This happened to two other people with appts while I was waiting.

Ask for Kathy for Pedi's. She only works weekends. Ask for Nhi for mani. Nini is also amazing.

This was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon.
I came in to get a full set and pedicure they said they would gladly take me.
In the middle of my pedicure they rudely asked me to move so that 2 people who had appointments could have my seat and asked me to walk barefoot to a seat located in the back of the shop. Seeing how busy it got I realized that this was not going to be a good turn out for my acrylic set. I didn't feel like they cared about me once the regular customers came in they were treated with more care and attention.
I asked for a regular gel mani so that I could get out of there sooner. After requesting a regular gel manicure She insisted that she would do a great job on my (acrylic) nails and not to worry. Really pushy about it.
Once we started she glued the tips to my fingers using excessive glue and tips that were the wrong size, I get my nails done every month and this incredibly uncomfortable. My skin was literally glued to the nail. So bad that my skin ripped when she was filing my nails. I was bleeding and dry cuticles from the glue, she then switched technician and told me that someone else would do my nails bc she was better that was a lie it was bc another one of her regular customers came in. They don't care about the customer they only care about the money. If you like ethical businesses this is not it.
