After years of long hair, I took a chance on Tina's suggestion that I cut it shorter, and I was delighted with the results. I have always been satisfied with her cuts and styling, and she can always get me in for an appointment quickly. The 37th Street Salon is clean, bright, and understated, and Tina's prices are very reasonable.
Madeline York has been doing my hair for over 15 years. She's amazing. She listens to what I want and provides her own input as well. She has technical proficiency and has worked on my hair permed, short and long. I recommend her highly.
Roberta has been doing my hair for around 8 years and she does a wonderful job. She cuts, colors and styles my hair and serves as my therapist, too. The shop is bright and clean and offers a number of products. You might think that parking would be difficult being just one door down from Hawthorne, however, only once in 8 years have I had to park more than a block away. 90% of the time I park right in front of the shop. Lots of other fun shops nearby to go window shopping after your styling. Rates are reasonable. If you have mobility issues you need to know that the bathroom is downstairs.
These stylists are amazing. So experienced, friendly and professional! I Love my hair and I definitely will return soon! Great Hawthorne location and lots of hair products too.
