DO NOT GO HERE. I got a dip manicure and the next day my thumb was sooo swollen, red, and painful. I went to urgent care and had a cellulitis infection and had to be put on antibiotics. When I went in to inform her, she was extremely rude to me and refused to refund my manicure even after I paid over $75 seeing the doctor and showed her medical proof of my infection. She didn't believe that it was the manicure that caused it even though the doctor said it was. Absolutely terrible customer service and clearly not a hygienic facility.

I hope this review can save someone else from a really bad experience. I went in for a pedicure and a fill, The pedicure was horrible, I'm not sure if the polish was old or if she didn't correctly do the pedicure bc the polish was not going on evenly and had rough looking spots. I tried pointing it out and she just kept polishing and ignoring me.  Finally the guy came over and was very rude offering me to go pick out a new polish. So I did and he kept explaining to me that once he does it he won't redo it. As if it's my fault. He took over from the girl and when he took the polish off it looked like he was correcting some of her horrible pedicure then he re-polished them and they look horrible. Needless to say I didn't get my nails done.

I was there by myself 2 weeks ago to get gel nails as my natural nails were looking bad and I had badly damaged one nail. The gel added some strength but by 2 weeks I had broken off the bad nail and needed it repaired.  I needed a tip on the broken nail and gel polish on all. Saturday May 10th I brought my 10 yr old daughter with me for a treat to get her nails done (regular polish).  This place is a family owned business, when we entered the daughter started with my daughter and I asked for a design on her nails - she did a flower on her big toe's - they were totally different but never pointed that out. The man worked on me as I needed a tip on my badly damaged nail.  What ever he did stung the neck out of me. I thought he would match the nail to the style and size of my natural nails which where in pretty good shape.  He did not.  He left the tip so long and square (I did not have square nails entering this place).  He tried to file down my natural nails to be square and totally messed them up as now they are angled to one side.  I would expect more from a professional.  My nails are a disgrace.  I usually do my gel nails my self but wanted a nicer nail as I have a wedding this week.  My nails are so bad I will be doing them again before the wedding.  My daughter's polish started to come off even before we got home and today not even 2 days later her nails are awful for school when she should be showing them off.  Also charged $10 for removing the gel.  It was a $60 visit and I wish I had never gone.  I will never step foot in that place again and would rather drive further to get a decent manicure.

I've been going to this salon for many years. I get the deep powder nail treatment and I'm also happy with it.  The salon is clean, the people are nice and no nail salon smell... they also do a great pedicure and the waxing prices can not be beat.  5 stars from me.
