Staff are So unprofessional, they set an appointment for me for haircut and color.. i was on hurry to catch my appointment on time, driving 100mph on interstate just to get there on time.. i called them while on my way but come to find out that they reschedule me the following week.. i was freaking mad that they didn't call or inform me ahead of time.. never go back again with them..
I went here as a suggestion. I should have searched more but I figured what could go wrong. I wanted a short cut but it still had some length to it. I brought side pictures and front pictures. What I got was terrible. I felt butchered by the stylist. She just kept chopping. I said please keep it long , she didn't listen. I looked awful. It was to short and lop sided. She thinned my hair when I didn't ask for it. I paid for it and left. As soon as I got out of the parking lot I cried. I didn't stop till the next day.I'm scared by this experience. I had to go to someone else and they fixed it the best they could with what hair I had left. She wasn't good at "fashion" cuts. I don't recommend going here at all. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow so I can eventually get what I wanted. But it is hard knowing I could have already had what I wanted if I wouldn't have gone here. I don't even want my money back, I just don't want anyone else to feel the way I did, it is a horrible experience that no one else should have to have.
I walked into this place with hopes to get a fresh look and was very disappointed. I had done my research on the place, and the reviews had me hopeful. If you want a hip or stylish hair cut like all the pictures they have hung on their walls, walk out. If you want a quick trim, maybe it's the place for you. But if you want anything else that takes more time and attention, be prepared to only get only about 30 seconds of time to attempt to explain to the stylist what you are wanting. They will only partially listen, and halfway into your description they will already start cutting.
They butchered my hair. I'm embarrassed. I cried on the way home. I am going to have to cut the length off just to have it fixed. This is a place that doesn't focus on quality but on speed. I will never go back. I will never suggest this place to any of my friends.
Carrington's is a great place for a haircut. Kim is great at what she does and has an attitude to match. Very much recommended.
