Let first me say, this biz is not closed. It has just moved down the road: 1900 Preston Rd Ste 345, Room 2 Plano, TX 75093 My experience with Carolen was EXCELLENT! There is a reason she is completely booked all the time, but she is absolutely worth the wait. She is excellent with color, knows exactly what you want and is probably the most friendly stylist I have ever been to. She is my #1 pick in Dallas. I seriously won't go to anyone else as long as I'm here. Also, her prices are totally reasonable. My hair looks awesome. Thanks, Carolen!! :)

Well, I wouldn't bother calling... She does not reply to messages. Yours, still looking for a stylist. If someone is THAT busy, you're not going to get an appt when it suits YOU - it'll be what suits HER.
I cannot say enough good things about Carolen! She is extremely talented, has a tremendous eye for color (which is key for me) and is an all-around great gal and good listener. If you're looking for a stylist to freshen up for look or give you a drastic transformation, you can trust that Carolen will listen and execute just what you're looking for!
I moved to Plano Oct. 2012, and not knowing anyone here, I read several reviews and comments of several salons. I also read Carolen's background on her website for her salon. So I called her up left message and she got right back to me. So glad I found her!! I've been twice so far and have been extrememly pleased with my hair. I'm not picky with my hair and I just said whatever you think looks best...I didn't even know her and I so trusted her the minute I met her! As a first time visitor I got a 20% discount.
