Camillus Nails & Spa in Camillus, NY

I recently visited this salon for a UV gel fill. I didn't make an appt, but didn't need one as they weren't busy when I arrived. I was seated and chose my color. The other tech came over with the color I had selected polished on her nail trying to convince me it was the same as the swatch from the book. It was not. They couldn't do the glaze nails I had first requested. After going back and forth, I decided on a color. While getting my service two other nail techs surrounded my table, all talking to each other. One of them was even bent over with her elbows inches from me chatting away. When it came time to polish, it was again, a completely different color. I let her finish, tipped her and left. I returned two days later to have them fixed. They were ridiculously thick, the nude color I had chosen was off and actually was a peach color. When I went In at 2:45 pm, there were three people working. The woman told me they wouldn't be able to help me today, and I'd have to come back. When I explained I couldn't come back due to my own schedule, she basically said sorry, I'm the only one who knows how to use the tools for that service. Lies-the other woman working today was also there doing nails using the "tools" when I was in two days ago. I will not return, and will tell everyone I know to avoid the salon at all costs. I can live with and deal with a lot...These nails were horrendous. I went to the salon down the street (Oasis) and they did a fabulous job! Avoid Camillus nails and spa!!! I would give 0 starts for customer service, experience and quality if I could.

Called and they got me right in. The guy did a nice job. Had a spa pedicure which included callus removal and leg exfoliation and massage. Also put a hot towel on my back and gave me a quick neck and shoulder massage while my toenails were drying. I was very pleased with my visit.

I cannot say enough about Camillus Nails. I have been going there for years with my Mom who has memory issues and Linda always takes such good care of her! May, John, Lulu, and Linda all do an amazing job. They also take the time to talk to you and get to know you. I truly look forward to going there every few weeks. I strongly recommend Camillus Nails to anyone looking for a quality nail salon with exceptional customer service.

Love going here! John, May, Linda and LuLu are wonderful. They are friendly, accommodating, and my nails always look fabulous. It's neat and clean and recently under new management.

Was looking for a new place and this was recommended. Incredible spot! I was told they could take me at 11, and I actually sat in the chair at 11! Great color selection, great people, excellent job! Thank you!!
