I seems that I am not the only one unhappy with Zoom Tan! After cancelling my membership billing continued in error. There is no way to reach anyone for a credit or even a conversation. The email is a black hole. This company is a disgrace...I do NOT recommend this at all!!! Colleen K.
Disgusting, floors always dirty. Afraid to take my shoes off, even in Summer they are disgusting. Never looks like the floors are clean. Leave your socks on if your smart. Lotion on the walls, gross. I'm writing this but I know nothing will come of it.
My daughter got her very first spray tan the other day and it came out absolutely horrible I went in to get a refund and they told me that I would have to call the call center. I called the call center and had to leave a message. The call center sent me a text message today requesting that I send them pictures. I sent them pictures and and it then took an hour for them to respond through text saying that it's not that bad. What a joke I will never be back!!! Buyer beware!!! Don't waste your money!!! Garbage!!!
Worst Customer Service Ever! Went in to get a spray which I do regularly, although this time I was going on vacation the next day. I arrived late but still 15 minutes before close, which I apologized for although I didn't have to. I went in to spray and the machine was partially taken apart and she told me she couldn't put the piece back on. ? Anyway I start to spray and realize as I am spraying the soap/water from the ceiling (from her cleaning) was dripping on me washing off/leaving streaks down my chest and other places. This of course was not okay, there is not way I can go on vacation looking like this.. I go back out and tell her I would like to spray again as I can't leave like this.. she tells me it's going to cost you $30. No apology at all. Wondering why do I have to pay for this. As I am leaving after the second spray I decide to purchase the spray can to cover anything up that I may need to after. Meanwhile the girl that caused all of this was FaceTime-ing someone as I am complaining etc, w/ the phone face up.. hello I'm not an idiot. As I'm walking out she picks the phone back up and is laughing. I'm sorry this was NOT funny to me at all. I realized I can't take this 7oz can on the plane so I called customer service about returning it and they gave me a flat out no. I'm thinking really I had to go on vacation w/ Thee worst spray tan and super orange hands as I did not reapply the barrier cream, and you can't even refund me as a courtesy? What a nightmare and disappointment as I have been a customer for over 3 years and have spent $1,000's there. Thanks Zoom Tan
I got a spray tan last night and have since showered and I am orange! I have been happy with spray tans here in the past but for some reason this last one completely turned me off! I will most likely not be back
