I have been going to this establishment to get my nails done . But when I went to get some lashes I told her that was not right, and they were irritating the corner of my eye. I did not have time for her to take them off. So I called the next day and she said come in I asked before I got there how much and never got an answer, but when I got in there, it was going to be more money. I was just in here the day before my eyes were irritated, but she did not want to hear that, she kept seeing you that I just don't like them and I said no it's not the case they are not right, but but they are irritating my eyes. I have gave her a pass on some of the things she have said, but I feel very disrespected. I was a loyal customer for many years I realize now, and it's all about the Dollar.
I got my nails done before here and decided to go back after 3 weeks to get a fill because the guy I had last time was AMAZING I got into the chair and she started she left me and started doing someone else's nails and left me there for 20 mins "drying my nails" after she removed my gel. They use DIRTY brushes to brush off the dust I could feel the others peoples nails dust on the brush and her file was full so I'm guessing it had been used before. I went home and finished filing my nails because they were crooked and not the shape I wanted but after I filed them they look good!
Horrible will never go back not only the guy who was doing My nails cut me and continued to file nails looked horrible I was so mad and shaking and will not be back ever worst mistake coming in here !!!!! Worst of all he didn't throw away the filling stick !!!!
Pedicure was mediocre - massage non existent and they want an additional $25 for gel (rip off). They also charged my $7 to remove my gel polish which takes an addition , idk 20 seconds ? Like what the hell. I'm so over nail salons like this. Proceeding to have her do my balance.. (needed 2 nails repaired) which costs an extra $8 and I respect that.. but Why do they not match my previous nails tho? Peep the photo. I made a comment about this and she said oh well we are painting them. Lmao not the point chick. If I'm gonna pay extra money for repairs , why don't they match? I was so dissatisfied that I just asked her to stop and I will finish polishing myself.
I love this nail salon. They always do a great job and can do anything I bring a picture of. I get compliments constantly on my nails. Don't listen to the bad reviews, they're a good salon!
