Sarah brought my hair back to blonde life. I have had issues in the past not being able to get my blonde the way I want I'm sorta picky but she did great!

I'm glad they made me Feel like they were really "helping me" by booking me early. If you're idea of a good time is having your money spent on looking like a mockery and having your blonde hair bohymes being stolen this would be the place to go! DO NOT LEAVE HAIR UNATTENDED. I went in to my hair appointment and she specifically told me she would not put hair on top of my head she placed my tape ends to where you could visibly see them all over ,hen she curled it thInking I'm not going To notice. She probably thought I would be in Vegas by now, well luckily that isn't the case. I followed up with a text to her asking her if she had found my other Golden Earring and how long until I should wash my hair usually it is only one day I'm instructing she told me wait till the morning meaning two days. Well I washed it and it looks like crap you can see the extensions all over my scalp she is going to use the excuse that they do not match my hair whatsoever yet I have darker hair she could've used on top that are darker blonde low lights. I bought these specifically for this reason and for some reason I guess my stylist that I usually go to is able to have the common sense not to smack dab put things on top of my head like she promised she wouldn't in the first place,having barely some strands to put over the tape ends I feel like this is so vindictive and screwed up. I paid $200 for the service I tipped her $50 bought some unnecessary hair product I did not need, for not only to have her chase out after me From the salon with my new hair saying I had left it in her drawer she had just found it. When was my Hair In your drawer ?!Most likely only because I tipped her like a decent human being 25%.I'm super upset with Stephanie won't be returning, and I hope everyone reads this review.I don't even have an even amount of packs of my new hair so that goes to show you people steal more expensive hair. Steal in general , keep your purse coat and HAIR near you at ALL times!!!!!

Mallory is AMAZING!!!!! I went in and wanted to cut at least 10 inches off but I was scared that it was not going to be what I wanted. I showed her a few pictures of kinda what I was going for and she made my hair look, even better than what I showed her in the pictures! I didn't know that was possible!!! In two days I'm going back to dye my hair and I am extremely excited because I know she is amazing and she is going to give me exactly what I want. She was so sweet and everyone in the salon was just as sweet and nice like her. Thanks Mallory!

I randomly stumbled upon Mallory Lane back in 2014. I decided to give it a go as a new resident of Columbus and four years later I'm still a customer. Mallory does an awesome job each and every time I go. Her men's haircuts are right on point. She definitely got me to move out of my comfort zone and it paid off. I also like the artwork she brings in, lots of interesting and good local art. Mallory has a great personality and I enjoy talking with her each time I visit.

this hidden gem is located in the heart of short north in columbus, oh. i've been looking for a new hair salon to call home for months and i'm so glad i found mallory lane salon & gallery!! not only is mallory super cute, but she's also talented. my hair was absolutely dead and dry and i came home with healthier and shinier hair! she listened to what i wanted and when she cut my hair, she took little by little so i got exactly what i wanted. her salon is very simple and cute. best thing is that you can schedule your appointment online. her prices are very reasonable. can't wait to be back!!
