Gel Nails LLC in Columbus, OH

So, I seen they got new owners. Which was surprising. But it was still the same energy and vibe I felt when I first started going to this place. The last owners actually I knew them from the past city that we all live at. But it's now a Black Owned Nail Salon. It's very beautiful inside.I really enjoyed the R&B music that was playing. It smelled delicious in there. So , I had Michael do my nails . It actually was his first day and he did an amazing job. I didn't have much but I felt like I needed to get my nails done and so I went to my favorite spot and received an amazing service. I really loved my nails and trust me I'm a picky person. He took his time and before the finish touch he asked me for feedback on his work and I gave it to him and he fixed them and bam I'm loving my nails . I also enjoyed the drink refresher. They refresher had lemon & Orange peels in it which was really refreshing. It's a beautiful place to go enjoy good energy , music and come out looking beautiful . Thank you Michael. I love my nails .

This place has the worst customer service, they were not friendly, I came all they way from California to pay $89 for a regular mani pedi, we had a appointment, and they took care of us one ate a time, it was rushed and not neat, and this was a bridal party. They only gave us 1 glass of champagne and the lady never said we only get 1 glass I asked for another glass and she said nothing... my tech was nice, but overall STRONG NO for me!

Went here to get my nails done for the first time and just.. no. I gave the guy a picture of my nails and he did a horrible job. I was going to get them fixed but I just decided to keep them. He didn't paint my whole nail and just did a horrible job on my heart. Didn't do my cuticles like I thought they were supposed to and only put the adhesive on my real nail. Never going here again.

Wish I could give this place a negative review! I'm so angry! I rarely get my nails done but decided to on June 17, 2023. They did the absolute worst paint job on my fingers and toes that I have ever had! See pictures for proof. Polish all over my fingers, lumpy, horribly shaped to the point where they were scratching me because he didn't file the edges, and missing spaces on my nail with no polish. Crystal, the owner, is a terrible business person, and couldn't care less about the satisfaction of her customers! My five year old grandson could've done my nails better than this! They did do my fingers over for me after having to come back another day (no time for my toes), but it was a rush job after being told I could not receive a refund and only giving me specific options which were all horrible! Not even 24 hours after getting them "fixed", the polish was chipping, cracking and peeling off! My money, gas, and time wasted!!

Lashes 10/10. Eyebrows if you want a natural look, they are uneven and hurt after I washed my face
