My nails are so crooked and literally point up and slanted they're the worst. And barely any workers were in there and they charged me $60 for some bad asf nails.
The owner is professional, talented and kind in every way. One of the male clinicians is arrogant, rude and clearly does not want to be there. He accused me of not paying when he gave what was clearly a half-a$$ effort at a previous pedicure when the boss wasn't there. I walked out. He had not even filed my nails and began putting on polish. I tried the location again when the boss was there and he accused me of not paying the time before. I WILL NEVER go here again bc of him.
I got a pedicure two days ago and yesterday at work I noticed my big toe is a little swollen. Turns out I have an infection in my toe. I won't be coming back to this salon.
The staff are very friendly, attentive and talented! They speak when u walk in and give u wait times. I like that when I took a picture in there they did a great job doing exactly what I wanted! I drive an hour to see them now!
This place is notoriously popular for their generic work. Basic mani/pedi, acrylic sets, gel etc. Your average mundane basic nail service. Anything asked of them in aspect of "nail art", or anything particularly different than your regular short-barely there gel set is another story. They often have apprentices working on you who often mess up. The quality of your service will DEFINITELY depend on how busy they are. The busier, the more terrible quality. They do not care about pleasing the customer, rather than making the money. Overall unfriendly. Wouldn't recommend.
