So I was calling around to find a place that had time for a (Fill), I did have a nail broke in half and the rest were a little grown out, after making my appointment and getting there they asked what I was getting and I said a fill and pink I wanted all hot pink & clouds on each nail, he was also doing my nails & a pedicure and another set of nails at the same time, which is fine but 1 I was only there for a fill, and it took over and hour & half just for one of the nails to break within 2 hours, they feel so cheap, even though the guy charged me $75. I paid the $75, but I felt like it was being rushed and kicked out. I would just say to go somewhere else.
I had an awesome experience here. I was in tricities for a Doctors appointment and picked the first open nail salon that I came too. Dan did an amazing job with my gel polish. It looks so beautiful that I have decided to make the drive to Washington every time I need my nails done. He really took the time to do a good job and make them last. I couldn't be happier.
He charged me $30 for acrylic nail removal!!!! If i could rate lower i would! This is by far the worst experience i have ever had at a nail salon. I went in for a simple acrylic removal and ended up sitting there for over an hour, while he pried and ripped my nails off. I am never a person to say anything, but i asked him if there was anything we could soak them in, and he told me no unless i was going to pay more that he would not do it. It was a really painful experience, he was super rude and ripped several nails from my nail beds.
This is hard for me to write because this is the best nail salon for a gel mani I have ever been to! My nails look the best and last forever. But today I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I had a gift certificate my husband got me for valentines day. I didn't need my nails done around that time so I was going to save it for a bit. Well covid hit and the salon closed for over 3 months. I finally felt safe enough to get my nails done today and they would NOT take my gift certificate because it was expired. I was seriously shocked.... Really? You were closed for over half of the time it was "good" for. I was highly agitated and was disappointed in the service.
