LC nails and spa never disappoints me. They always give us A1 treatment, and we always leave content with our nails. The one thing i love is that they always joke and kid around, so its not just silence. they love talking. i can always tell them what i need fixed during the process too. Matching christmas nails with bestie was a success happy holidays!
If I could do less I would. It was so terrible. She cut my cuticle immediately when trying to remove the gel. She started rushing through once another customer walked in. I paid for the deluxe and never got any cleaning of my nails just continuous cutting of the skin and cuticle. I asked her to stop cutting away at the cuticle she cut and she wouldn't stop. She aggressively filed it over and over. I can go on and on how this was the worst $70 spent EVER. It got so busy from the moment we sat down and I have now idea how. I cried on the way home because my toe hurt and I was so mad I paid for that terrible service. Please save yourself the money and DO NOT GO HERE
There is alcoholic beverages for over 21, I was the 1st customer to arrive this location is clean and very friendly. This business was only open for a year & I'm a very picky person about my nails now this lovely man named bob was absolutely divine with following my instructions and very professional. I did enjoy my time getting my nails done exactly the way I wanted them to look $52 well spent. I will definitely come back again... Bob thank you for a job well done. P.S Bob even fixed a broken nail
Worst place ever! Besides getting my nails off. The mail paint dropped and I dropped $40 on the chair/floor. Once I noticed it was gone right outside the nail salon. I went back inside and told them that I dropped #2 $20 dollar bills. "Oh, no we didn't see anything!" I will never go back. NEVER!
First and last time I'll go to this salon. I brought my daughter for a pedicure and they made zero accommodations for her. Barely even touched her feet and didn't put any lotion on her. I got a parafin wax pedicure. They stuck our feet in room temp water and left us to sit there for 40 minutes before even beginning our pedicure (we had an appointment) They massaged my feet for maybe 3 minutes total and the customer service was awful. The lady doing my pedicure took a hot towel straight out of the steamer and put it on my feet burning me. $91 is a ridiculous amount of money to spend on such horrible service.
