Bliss Salon & Barber in Kennewick, WA

Worst place to do your hair, they ruin my hair and also my clothes. When I asked them to take the cost of my tshirt they denied. They told me I will have to sue them. I'm outside waiting for the police to come because I don't want to leave without paying. Horrible place. The owner, a male came out and started filming me and being aggressive. I asked him to calm down that I wanted to pay but wasn't fair because of the mess they did to my hair and clothes.

I went to Bliss because of all the great reviews here on yelp.com. Alyssa Snell did a wonderful job coloring and cutting my hair. She was so gentle and matched my hair beautiful with the highlight.

Moved from Hawaii an few months ago. Did some research and found Bliss Salon and Spa. Best decision we've made since moving to Kennewick. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of getting our hair done by Arianna. We love her! She so friendly, understanding and very good at what she does. She will be our stylist moving forward. Thank you Arianna for all you do, see you again soon! I absolutely love my hair!!!

Salon is nice and the people that work there are very friendly. I came here for a wedding hair/makeup trial. The gal doing my hair was running late, okay I get it things happen. I was told the trial would take 2-2.5hrs which was perfect because I had dinner plans later that evening. She did a good job on my hair even though it wasn't quite what I wanted. The hair took her so long I was getting very nervous I wouldn't make the dinner on time (and I didn't). So I told her to not do my entire face of make up just the eyes cause I needed to get out of there. She did what I asked and again did a good job. 3hrs later I was finally done. She then tells me my total cost was going to be $440 for hair and makeup. $30 to go to the venue on wedding day plus .55 cents per mile and that she would not be staying for touch ups (pics to be done before the ceremony) but if I want her to stay for touch ups it'll be $50 an hour! In total I'd be looking at almost $600! Her prices FLOORED me. In the end I declined her services and she still charged me $220 for the trial. I get that we as customers pay for time but for hair and only 1/4 of a face of makeup let's be FAIR...$220 is outrageous. No TRIAL should be half the total cost of booking. Very unhappy and won't be going back.

I booked with Eden to have a block color retouch. She did a great job! Very professional, and she was focused on details of how I like my hair. She reviewed with me everything she had planned to help me achieve the look I wanted. Crystal (the owner) was very helpful in making sure they had the color I was looking for. These ladies truly want to make you feel your best, and I will be a repeat client!
