I got a new set of nails wore for 2 days and had to return The nail polish was horrible around the side of my nail bed I went to have them redone and just got a clear color there still bad I have a flight and didn't have the time my first set was the pink and now second attempt the clear super glue on my cuticles I will be getting these off as soon as I get to Vegas and this was my first set in ten years Horrible Horrible and I had to tell her to clean under the nail buildup you wouldn't believe
I haven't really had problems with this place in the past, but this last experience guaranteed I WILL NEVER give them my business again. To start off, they are not the best, but they do an ok job overall. I had my nails done on Sunday, and it was slightly below average, but I still gave a tip. The technician tried to hustle me for a $22 dollar tip and acted confused when I asked for my change, then had the Audacity to ask how much change I wanted back... really? In the past, I would leave a 20 dollar tip, not because of the service, but because I'm a generous tipper, but come on! Monday, one of my nail had chipped and it was obvious the poor job. I went back in Tuesday and was told the nail technician who did my nail wasn't in and to come back Wednesday. SO NO ONE ELSE COULD REDO MY NAILS EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD PEOPLE SITTING AROUND! Ok, I want to make an appointment because I don't want to have to sit and wait. Was told specifically to come at 10 when they open, but then revised and told to come at 10:30. I again said I do not want to wait.. no problem, not busy, you won't have to wait. Return Wednesday at 10:35 and told I would have to wait about 30 minutes because the technician had a customer. REALLY? I reminded of the conversation and was told that I was to come at 10. I corrected the man and told him he said 10:30! I then asked for a refund and was told no refund. I then asked if any of the other technicians who weren't doing anything could do it and denied. As of this review, I have been waiting 40 minutes!
The worst nail salon I have ever been to. It was dirty and very un organized. The lady was very unprofessional and did whatever she wanted to do. I have glue and powder all over my fingers.
DO NOT go to this place. The lady cut me across the toe while giving me a pedicure and then argued with me about whether she actually cut me or not. The hot towel she used on my legs smelled strongly of mildew. Worst service I've ever received.
This business is just like all the other nail salons owned by these people! They are so rude, so unprofessional, kicked people out of their building bc they do not like the work that they are paying for. Look at my daughters nails...this is after he placed and even horrible set of nails on her hand. He soaked her nails off and told her to leave that she can never come back! She politely just left in tears! Please people stop giving people your money that do not like you because of your skin!!! Momma won't stop, calling the state board licensing division...show nail tech certification for all these people working here.
