if I could give negative stars, I would. The customer service here sucks the gentleman with the first booth behind the register is very rude. He told me my nails were on for 4 to 5 weeks I take prenatal vitamins my nails were only on for 2 1/2 weeks. he's very rough they close at 8 PM, I walked in at 7:15 just to get my nails took off and he told me he did not have time to do it. They should change their hours then I will never go here again and I suggest you take your money and go down the street to someone who actually cares about their customers.
My rating is zero I do not recommend this place. Both Jack and Tina are very rude no customer service skills at all. The don't use actual nail polish they use paint, place is dirty and they don't know what they're doing. New lady Cassandra she's good but she takes forever and talks to much.
First time was great loved my nails. This time went back for a fill in and got charged full price 35 and was rushed through. Feel like I could have done a better job doing my own nails. Makes me want to remove them. Very disappointing after waiting hours.
My daughter and I stopped by at 6:57pm to get nails done and as we walked up he rushed to lock the door and turn off the open sign. Very unprofessional to close your business early with no warning directly in the customers face.
BEWARE! This is my first time ever giving a nail salon a 1 star. If I could give them 0 i would. Got my gel bails done this last Thursday. Even though I made two daytime appointments it took a whooping 3 hours.
There's only 3 nail techs on regular daytime hours.
They rush you out to get as many clients as possible. People came and left because of the wait time.
One girl for acrylic and she was telling her nail tech that her nails were crooked and she was not happy. She asked to get her nails removed and the nail tech did not want to listen to her or didn't understand her idk which was it.
I went back yesterday, (Monday) and the nail tech "fixed" them and she was NOT happy that she had to fix them since a different nail tech had done my nails. It's Tuesday and this is how my nails look like.
