I have been going to Mary for my nails for over 20yrs. Some of that time she was working for another business and then at KT when she opened her own salon. She is very professional and does amazing work.. she does her best to fit me in if I need to reschedule. She is always able to duplicate any photo i bring of what I want for a design. Her staff is great as well. I would never trust my nails to anyone but Mary .
These are my nails 5 days after I got them done... didn't had a good experience either, the nail technician didn't know how to do what I wanted... Just moved to the area and already so mad because my nails tend to last 2-3 weeks.. not here!
OM! This salon is wonderful! I had made my appointment for 330 but was running late from a doctor's appointment. I called and the staff Mary I think, was very understanding and moved my appointment to 4. This salon is so clean and I watched as they sanitized after every client. Kim was so nice and gentle that I nearly fell asleep from the hot stone massage. I had a mani pedi and an eyebrow wax. I will definitely return!
Just got back from KT nails Mary does an awesome job every time. The staff is really nice they have unbelievable prices so if you need your nails or feet done the place to go is KT NAILS and they have Pedicure seats for the younger kids.
Whoever did my nails has completely MESSED UP. Long story short, she cut my nails even though I told her not to. Then she made my finger bleed. When I pointed that out to her, she blamed me for some ridiculers reason. As my finger kept bleeding, I was in no mood to argue with her. So I asked for some tissue, she handed me a used one, and that worked my last nerve. I told her to stop because my finger really hurts, and out of no where she just snapped. Asking me what do I want for her. Well, for starters, I want you to hand me a clean tissue. How about that? Anyways, after I got a major attitude from her, she just stood up and left the room. How professional! It was the lady who sites next to her that explains to me why my figure would bleed, and helped to stop the bleeding. I will not come back to this place in a million years, and I don't think anyone else should take their risk here.
