CINDERELLA NAILS & SPA in Rochester, NY

I really try to be understanding of all people and that they have other things going on in their world. Having said that, I feel like I just paid too much for quite possibly the worst pedicure. I was done in 20 minutes, the employee didn't cut my nails, say anything to me or spend more than 30 seconds "buffing" each food. I am not exaggerating. I feel that because I chose just a regular pedicure and not a spa pedicure, I was punished with awful service. Both my daughter and I came to spend time together: I've been done for 15 minutes (we started at the same time) and my daughter is just now getting her toes painted. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience is really something I regret wasting time and money on.

I have been going to Cinderella for years, but the quality of work has really declined to the point where I received the worst mani-pedi I have ever experienced last week. It was a true waste of money. I don't think I will be going back.

Went in for a normal pedicure. Nothing out of the ordinary but also wanted a bit of pampering. I sat down as the soak tub was filling and I'm not sure why they bothered to fill it at all. I only put my feet in for a second to rinse when the technician barked at me to. The technician was so quick to get to work that there was no soak. My feet are now super rough since there was a quick scratch with the exfoliate and done. Not even a warm towel. I'd typically chalk it up to a busy Sunday afternoon but we called ahead and it wasn't all that busy! The lighting is very dim. Music is a little loud for a spa atmosphere. Not impressed.

I got right in here and know why. This is the quality of massage I received here. I didn't complain in person because this gentleman also cashed me out or perhaps I would have to the receptionist if I felt brave enough. He was literally nodding off. My polish turned out nice but why pay for a spa pedicure when you have zero time in the water to soak and the massage is zero effort.

Once again I only went because a friend wanted to. I said that four years ago and but gave it another shot today but never again! I asked for a regular manicure, the women goes gel? I said no I need to take a break my nails feel brittle. she seemed annoyed from the start. I sat down and asked her to do the same thing that I currently had on my nails, just a diagonal line with one color. The women goes just a french? I'm like no this isn't a french it's not the entire tip it's a line going from corner to corner. she said ok. She then said it will be extra I said ok (I'm thinking your only painting half my nail and I'm paying more?! but whatever I wanted what I wanted!) she gets my nails prepped and starts to file and I said can you do them more rounded? she told me it won't look good with horizontal line. again I don't argue and just go with the square shape When she was done filing I asked if I should pay now since I was getting regular polish. she said no. I was confused but let her go on with the cuticle cutting and what not. Then she stands up and rudely say pay now, like no problem! I tried to before! I paid and signed and she the women sat down and begins to paint my entire nail the one color. I said as nicely as I could, what about the horizontal line!? just half the nail please. The lady goes no I told you it was extra and I said I know and said okay! She did not seemed interested in making me happy what so ever and I was biting my tongue how annoyed I was! At the end for some stupid reason I still went to tip (a little over) 20%. no thank you. no nothing. NEVER AGAIN!
