Lovely atmosphere.  Quiet and clean with beautiful surroundings.  Staff is always friendly & courteous.  Heather V. is my favorite hair specialist.  She has the experience, knowledge and great advice to help me look my best.

I booked a massage for myself and my friend - we were staying in Newport for a weekend away and all the Newport spas were fully booked. unfortunately, I stopped my massage 40 minutes in to an hour massage. the smell being piped in from the subway store next door was nauseating and affected my ability to relax. the massage itself was decent, but without the right atmosphere ... it's hard to feel. like you are in a spa.

you definitely get what you pay for. strip mall ....

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mom just purchased 3 gift certificates for my sisters and I for Valentines Day for $150 each. I called this morning and spoke with Trish to try and book a massage and she claims that they are not accepting massage appointments until the end of May at the earliest!!!! That is absurd and unheard of that I need to wait 3+ months for a massage appointment!!! She also wouldn't even allow me to make the appointment for May so I'm sure this will happen again in 3 months once I try to book again. What a complete and utter waste of $450 my mother spent on gift certificates that you CAN'T USE!!!! Do yourself a favor and buy gift certificates at a reputable spa like Massage Envy, apparently this is what you get when you try to support a local business!!!! They probably won't even be open in May at this rate. Horrible experience!!!!! 0 stars!!!!!!

I just went to book a service and found the intro messages to be far too negative. I recommend using a consultant to rewrite the messages to have what is needed without being off-putting to clients or potential clients.

Every year my husband buys gift cards for our 3 daughters and myself.  I get the benefit of the extra card for purchasing over their specified dollar amount.  This year the benefit was $25 for purchases over $200.  He was spending $600 and asked the salesperson if that meant $75 in bonuses.  She asked a manager and he was told yes.  He arrived home to find only a $25 bonus.  We returned to the salon to be told no there was only a $25 bonus for any amount over $200.  They would not accept a return of the gift cards.  Had he known that policy we could easily have made 3 $200 purchases and received the $75.

Once we use these ill fated gift cards none of the four of us will be returning customers.  It's a relatively small amount but extremely poor customer service.
