I had a great first experience w Sorally at Xclusive. She did a full set with the volume fans and they look fantastic. She took extra safety precautions to be hygienic and clean - wiped down everything twice prior to my appointment, wore protective mask and gloves, etc. She ensured i was comfortable and i really appreciated the small check ins letting me know what she was doing at different stages.
My lashes look incredible and i appreciate the extra care tips and instructions she gave as well. The salon is very clean and welcoming/professional. i reached out to schedule an appointment via instagram message. Let's talk post lashes! I'm sure anyone who has or had lashes on is feeling the pain during this quarantine. However, I need to personally thank Pauline and her staff at Xclusive for keeping my lashes safe! Since I'm unable to get them filled given the quarantine I no longer have any extensions on, but thanks to the skilled staff and cleanliness of Xclusive, my real lashes look amazing! They are long and healthy just like before I put them on. Oh did I mention I have had them on for 6 years without ever taking a break! I am astounded and don't feel upset about having to wear mascara for a little while! I'm also not even contemplating not putting them back on because I know they will continue to keep them healthy! I can not believe it and needed to write this review! Thank you Xclusive!!!!!

My first Lash tech decided to switch career paths so I had to find someone new. [Unfortunately] I was recommended to go to Maria. First impression I liked her but it changed suddenly and for the worst. She's very unprofessional. I have too many examples but I'll narrow it down. She would play music with inappropriate words playing. She would engage in conversation with clients before my appointment for so long, it would run into my appointment time. She wouldn't even apologize or try to make up for it. She just "assumed" I'd stay late to make up for the minutes that were cut into my time. She's hypocritical... she stated she rarely washed her own lashes yet tell her clients to wash using baby shampoo often. And when I bought it and used it, she claimed I wasn't smh. I finally left and found such a better place to get my lashes done. They looked at the lashes she put on me and critiqued it so much (they happen to teach/do Lash certifications and are quite knowledgeable). Tbh, I've gotten 20x more compliments with the ones I got somewhere else vs at this location with Maria. Seems like Maria needs to go back to practicing with her clients on her dining room table as she used to!

Hi, I am from Beverly Hills and had my lashes done by Deb while on an extended work trip.  Deb is phenomenal, better than the lashes I get done on Rodeo Dr, and they are rated top in Los Angeles.

Deb is amazing she has been doing my lashes since February. I can't live without them now. I wake up everyday and they always look amazing. Her schedule is flexible so it helps with my busy schedule. They always come out looking so natural and full! Definitely recommend coming here you won't regret it!!
