Choosing a hair salon is often a blend of personal taste and practical considerations. Personal recommendations from friends or colleagues can also be a great way to find a salon. It might be worthwhile to visit a few salons or have consultations to gauge comfort and service.

Weekends, especially Saturday mornings and afternoons, are often peak times for many hair salons. Additionally, weekday evenings can be busier due to clients visiting post-work. It's always a smart move to book in advance, but if you prefer a quieter environment, you can ask Blossom Salon Spa about their less hectic hours.
So I booked Michelle the owner of blossom salon after finding her online while researching haircuts. I wanted a clean an a-line bob. I drove 2 hours to see her and she did not disappoint. She did exactly what I wanted and even showed me how to style my hair cut with beach waves. Highly recommend!
After 2 years of having Michelle cut and color my hair, I wanted a slightly different haircut. I showed her a picture from a Japanese Instagram account. Michelle became very aggressive with me, telling me that I wasn't a Japanese woman in my twenties, and that I didn't have a thin neck so the haircut in the picture would not look good on me. She raised her voice and became very defensive. She then proceeded to cut and color my hair in silence. I felt so awkward and confused. I really wanted to make it work with her, so I complimented the cut she was giving me. When I asked her if I could book my next appt with her (I thought maybe she was just having a bad day), she didn't respond. I asked her if she was going on vacation, she then said that she will need some time to think it over, that is, having me as a client. I decided I had enough and communicating with my hairstylist should not be this difficult. I will no longer see her. Michelle is very talented but she is a terrible listener. She's great if you get exactly as she wants. If you have any suggestions, good luck getting through to her.
I had my hair cut today by Cindy.. she helped me choose the best style for my hair type and face shape. She was very helpful, nice, considerate and did a great job! I love my haircut and I strongly recommend Cindy as a hairstylist
Thank you Michele for contacting me and fixing my hair. Appreciate it. Its like i wanted.
Michelle is everything I look for in a hair stylist and I am beyond ecstatic that she agreed to take me on as a client. Every visit I have had with her involves a thorough consultation. She takes into consideration the unique qualities of my hair, face, and skin along with my general sense of fashion and lifestyle. In the past, I have had to guide my stylists (gently of course) on how to cut my hair. Never this issue with Michelle - she knows EXACTLY what she is doing. The first time I came in I was ready to chop off a good chunk of my hair (as I have done many times in the past). We settled on an updated, chin length, blunt bob. After that had grown out a bit I returned and we switched it up this time to a shaggy bob. The cut has grown out wonderfully. Looking forward to what we come up with next!
