I love this nail salon. Everyone is very professional and it's a very clean and relaxing environment. I especially love the service that I receive from Linda. She's hands down the best nail technician that I have ever encountered at any nail salon. She's kind, patient and is wonderful at what she does. She always takes her time without rushing to ensure that I am satisfied with my nails and the service that I receive. She applies the dip, shapes and polishes my nails perfectly every time. I highly recommend her services. She's awesome!
(The photos of my bleeding thumb says it all.) I have a health concern about Bliss Nails and Spa in Ellicott City where I had suffered a nail injury. Due to a nail technician. About four weeks ago my son had driven me to get my nails done. I walked in and one of the nail techs called me back. Soon as she sat in the chair she used an instrument to remove my dead cuticle around my thumbnail. The nail technician used the instrument so fast she caused my thumbnail to bled profusely. I was like wait a minute. I look up and my nail starts to bleed. I call my son over to look. I can feel my thumb throbbing with pain. My thumb was stinging. Next thing I know it really starts to bleed heavy. The nail technician then tried to put some unknown substance on my nail. It looked like glue. I had no idea what it was she tried to put on my skin. I did not let her put it on my nail. I grabbed a napkin to stop the bleeding. I left the facility Bliss Nails and Spa immediately. Most places like this have people who are licensed but they have apprentices under them who do not have licenses. Please be careful going to this place. Make sure you get the right person at any nail. salon. If they did this to me it could happen to someone else.
They claim to have a butterfly kids chair but they do not. They charged $10 for 4 small stickers on my daughter's nails, which seemed excessive. It didn't even go on each finger! And I still tipped $25 on a $120 bill and she said, is that the TOTAL tip for both? I was really confused because I thought 20% on an average nail job was still generous but I guess they expect more? Not interested in going back, wouldn't recommend.
Awesome place recommended highly they accomodate any request and are consistently good.
