I had called and scheduled an appointment with Brittany today at 9AM. I arrived a couple minutes early and noticed they still weren't open so I sat and waited.... and waited... until 9:20 and gave up and picked up a couple groceries I need and walked back. Still not open.
Disappointed because no one was there, and frustrated because I had made arrangements to have care for my infant. Everyone's time is important.
Watch your receipt! I was over charged for salon products. The manager contacted me because their register was over what it should be and she found my charge was the reason. I was promised a refund which I was very grateful for. However, 3 weeks later and several phone calls later, I still have not been returned the money I am owed back. With every call, I end up having to leave my name and number with a empty promise I will be called back.
