Yes, they are incredibly understaffed but so is everywhere else right now. All you need to do is a little more proactive and book early in the day. It's not rocket science. If they are fully booked for that day- tough shit. Try tomorrow.
I'm proud to support my local Supercuts and I'm damn glad they exist. As a busy guy, I need a professional that can do a decent, in & out, haircut. I have no need for the thrills and gimmicks of a premium barber experience. They always deliver a good cut, quickly & at a good cost.

Incredibly rude and dysfunctional staff. They can't seem to do a simple haircut on time these days. The waits are absurd, the quality is poor, and their attitude it bad. I know that they're understaffed and overworked, but so is all of America right now.
I gave this place far too many chances. My (very simple) haircut has been screwed up here every time. Now they have limited hours and almost no availability. No more business from me.
Called in to get put on their list for a men's cut. I think I was asked to hold, but couldn't hear enough to understand. The phone must have been put down on the counter because after a few seconds I hear someone say help them first and all I heard was "He can wait". She was put on a list for 15 mins out. The next person in line was checked in and told 20. I hung up and called another shop who had no problem taking my call and putting me in for an appointment 15 mins later. You can't have a good reputation if you're blatantly treating potential customers, which I am no longer, like they don't matter. Especially when they plan ahead by calling in.
i got by far the worst haircut of my life here. i asked basically for some layers and a trim and she completely butchered it. it was cut unevenly also so my the hair on my left side was way longer. i had to go somewhere else to fix it and they were amazed at how bad it was
