It was a nice and relaxing pedicure for myself. However, it was clear that they were on a time crunch from several booked appointments and walk-ins that were starting to overlap. My wife's manicure wasn't done the best, even after being addressed. They were very nice though, especially with the demand from the oncoming traffic of rude individuals coming in.
You cannot walk-in with this place. You have to make an appointment which is annoying because when I call they don't answer so I have to leave a message. Sometimes they call me back and sometimes (lately) they don't. Getting an appointment becomes a chore.
Their hours are horrible, they don't open until 10am. Then if you can manage to get an appointment you wind up waiting 30 minutes anyway. They do nails decently but having to be inconvenienced and jump through hoops just makes this place not worth it.
I used to go to Bella all the time. Nice people, good quality. I'm just done with making an appointment, arriving on time, and waiting 20-30 minutes because they worked someone into their busy schedule by giving them my time slot.
They overbook. They really don't care if your a 1x customer or regular. The man who manages is a nice man but you have to wait forever even when you have an appointment. Hope he listens I know several regulars have

We love coming to Bella nails.... My daughter and I have been going since we moved here in 2017 and haven't strayed because they are so great. They know your name and make you feel like family not just a number. The services we normally get are gel manicure and pedicures and are always so happy!
