Not so fantastic sams...
I recently had a haircut at fantastic sams in Pinehurst NC. The cut was very uneven, so I called salon and they offered a new appointment. I went to the new appointment and waited an additional thirty minutes after my appointment time. I asked who I was going to get for my haircut as I didn't want the same person from the previous visit. They then informed me that u would have to wait an additional hour on top of the 30 minutes. I left and will not be coming back. This place is the definition of high turnover of customers with no attention to detail. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely a horribly botched haircut. It wasn't that I didn't like the cut, it was botched. Even though she was young and inexperienced, I do believe she has no clue how to cut hair. I felt bad for her, I feel bad for all those getting their hair cut after me by her. Sorry about the review but I have to be honest.
Had a wonderful experience here at Fantastic Sam's this past weekend. Michaela gave me a really great cut, color, and style.... very friendly and professional. All the hairstylists I spoke with during my visit were friendly and courteous. Will definitely be a returning customer.
I've gotten my haircut a handful of times here. My first visit was months ago and purely out of convenience if I'm being honest. However my return trips have been because of the staff, the relaxed atmosphere and friendly customer service. Today I did not want to wait anywhere to get my haircut I actually thought about not getting it cut. I came in and waited about 15 minutes as they were doing steady business. I didn't mind the wait as the shop was comfortable and clean. Tori cut my hair in a very timely manner and it was the perfect cut. I really enjoyed the friendly conversation and that she kept me engaged the entire time. I find that lots of surrounding shops don't engage clients or take the time to understand their needs. Sarah joined our conversation of common interest and they really turned my entire mood and day around. I can't wait to come back for the next cut and feel so much better then I came in. The other clients were well engaged with their stylist and you can tell it's genuine and they care. Thank you so much for offering men's day and for having a valuable staff!!
