I wish I could give one star. This husband wife duo are incredibly rude especially if you ask a question. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have no idea how they're still in business.
I just moved here and I thought I found my NEW Favorite Nail Salon!
After 6 visits I saw a very UNPROFESSIONAL owner act rude to me!
I had an appointment and I was pushed to the side with my nails wrapped in foil for 45 minutes!
My nails and fingers were BURNING!
I begged to have it taken off and as the owner took care of other clients... he asked me "can I come back later?!!"
I asked to file a nail down and he threw his file at me !
He kept telling me I don't have "patience!" I will never go back there again!
I tried to be nice, But he was so RUDE!
Even trying to get the last word in as I left saying that I "must have patience!" I turned around and said "no it's not me
you were very rude taking other people BEFORE me and leaving
me to sit there IN PAIN!!
The male owner became very frustrated when I took longer than 60 seconds to decide on a color and told me he did not have time to do my nails now. I replied "I drove an hour to come, don't you remember ?" and he said, "that's ok I don't have time for you now". All because I asked him if the color was more gray or pink. This husband and wife duo have zero patience for the public. I have never been treated so rudely in a nail salon. It was truly disheartening to see the lack of kindness.
It was my first time coming here but never again! My pedicure came out not so good. One of the ladies wasn't too friendly either.
My first visit and it was a wonderful experience! Nice lighting, calm atmosphere and appointments are required so there's no confusion or a line of people waiting. And it was easy to get an appointment! The pedicure was tremendous- thorough, relaxing, stimulating-all the components of a great treatment. Also the chairs are high quality and are pre-programmed so you don't have to mess with the remote. One of the owners was so fun - kidding nicely with her customers and creating a nice overall feeling. My new "go to" place!
