went in to get a manicure with acrylic and gel polish, Chris was so rude and acted like I was asking for the world when I simply asked to cut my nails shorter. she didn't push back my cuticles or cut them literally just did a half ass job. I will definitely not be back. over priced for the worst customer service. I never leave reviews and never complain but this was just the worst. the dip powder looked unfinished and I asked her if she could go over it with gel since I didn't even ask for dip and she rolled her eyes and signed. once again I won't be back good luck to those who go.
Honestly a very short and unhappy experience. I'm new to the neighborhood and hoped to find a nice mail place. I walked in to check out the place. Upon entering I'm given nasty looks. The host automatically says "we don't do long nails" I said excuse me? I then showed a photo of what I wanted my nails to look like which were short/medium nails(the length of my natural nails) and they said "no that's to long we don't do acrylic". I was confused and I said well what type of nails do you do? They said only dip nails which is NOT TRUE but can be used to complete look like I'm trying to complete. The website shows they do provide acrylic services. They told me to try another nail shop 10 minutes away. It's feels racially motivated but I won't recommend. Maybe it's for people who align with that thinking but not me. Blatantly lying to someone is not at all right. I want to add someone JUST got nearly the same exact style with acrylic and posted a review before me!!!
Eight years later, and I'm still a happy customer. The new location is beautiful and they have a larger staff now. I recommend scheduling an appt online to avoid a major wait. I can't say one bad thing about this place. The people are amazing and so is the quality of their work.
Well I gave them a last minute second chance after my sister's wedding day fiasco. They were super short staffed and did not have enough staff for a group of 9 ladies as soon as they first opened for the day. But they have improved! They have hired more friendly staff that are great nail artists. I came here with my gal for a Mani and Pedi before she got proposed to and the staff did not disappoint. Both of us have gotten great compliments of our great nails!
