Some things can not be solely explained but they must be experienced. Tracy Riggs Salon is always a luxury experience from beginning to end- from the pristine and relaxing suite to the tranquil spa sounds to the indulging scalp massage to the stimulating conversation and respectful and timely service. If I'm in the Queen City, this is one place you are sure to find me--it's one of my favorite things...and it's the consistency for me!! #tracyriggssalon #byebyeparabens

Tracy is the best! She not only ensures that your hair will look good, but that it will feel good by focusing on the health of your hair. She utilizes her own products "Bye Bye Parabens" which keeps my curls and kinks moisturized, bouncy, and looking their absolute best!
Her expertise and skill shines through with my hair always looking it fly. Before going to Tracy, I have always been afraid of getting my hair straightened for fear that my curl pattern will be become limp, but time after time my curls have come back, with no heat damage done because Tracy takes her time to ensure that she straightens it the RIGHT way.

Wow, my hair looks fabulous!! I have never liked my natural hair and it is the first time it has looked this good. I have lived in 6 states and I have not found a stylist that compares. Tracy salon was beautiful and clean and she got me in and out, no over booking. I am already a fan of her products so it was nice to get my hair done by the founder of ByeBye Parabbns first hand. She gave me a lot of good tips to take care of my hair between visits. Day three and it still bouncy. If I did not live so far I would be there every week. Thank you, I feel like a new person!!

I walked in with a vision in my head and some pics of a hair cut that I had found online and she made it happen. I had been to her salon before at another location, but Tracy had never actually done my hair. Still I would Not have trusted anyone else to do something so drastic to my hair. She was very efficient and professional. I wasn't double-booked and was in/out in a very reasonable amount of time. She is very knowledgeable and while styling my hair told me what products she was using, how to style/maintain my hair. It was a great experience.
