Bella Mia Salon in Omaha, NE

Each stylist here has there own space/own price structure with a centralized receptionist.  I see Amanda who is absolutely fabulous!  Does a great job with both cut and color and is an absolute delight.

I got a great haircut here from Russell. The place is spacious and the hair washing bowl was actually comfortable! When I was there at the end of the day, I liked that there were only a couple of stylists and clients-- still Covid cautious. Russell wore a mask and asked what I wanted in my cut and style. It was exactly what I had I mind.
I was happy to find Bella Mia.

Sorry to say this was one of my worst experiences of customer service I've ever encountered.  My regular hair person recently had a baby, so I needed to find someone different.  Living close I've seen Bella Mia and thought I would try it out.  I called a week ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for 2:30pm with Amy(after the receptionist looked through the list of Stylists).  I arrived at 2:24 pm and sat down,  3 others were waiting and at 2:30 pm 3 stylists came out to the lobby area and greeted their customers and ushered them back.  After about five minutes someone asked who I was waiting for and I told them.  They came back and said it should be soon she's just wrapping up with a customer.  Waiting about another 10 minutes a nice gentleman asked if I had been helped, I said just waiting he went back and said she's wrapping up.  At this point I thought did they fill in another person and pushed my appointment back?  I told the nice gentleman I am leaving.  If you need more time schedule your next appointment for 3 pm!  When I arrived home and explained to my husband later he said he couldn't believe they didn't call and apologize, I said I know.  Bad service, will not go(attempt to go) to them again.

I had a great experience at this salon. I was a little hesitant to go during these Covid times, but I have long, thick, curly hair and I had to do something before winter. I was very pleased with how much social distancing they are doing at this salon. Everyone wears a mask and all of the stylist have their own cubes.

My stylist was Sarah Taylor and she did a great job. She listened to what I wanted and gave me some suggestions. I was very happy with my highlights and cut. My hair is so much more manageable now. Overall, it was a great visit and I definitely recommend Sarah.

5 stars for Corissa! She is talented, kind, and always takes her time to ensure you're getting exactly the cut or style you want. Corissa has an amazing memory, knows what she's doing and has consistently done a phenomenal job with my hair. She even cut and styled it for my wedding! Go see Corissa at Bella Mia.
