They do a good job, but heads up to the military folks, some of their massage lotion has cbd oil.
I made an appointment hours in advance, came early, and nobody so much as talked to me for a half hour. Nobody said anything until I was half way out the door to say they could take me then. Right in the middle of all the other services they took before me. Figure out how to use an appointment book please
Overall, my nails look pretty nice. But there are some major things that contributed to my rating.
1. I sat in a pedicure chair for 20 minutes before anyone spoke to me. No water in the basin, nothing. Just sat there.
2. I asked for silver glitter - the woman insisted it was silver before and while applying gold to my nails and then, when I protested again, she added MORE gold. My wedding is this weekend and I specifically needed it to be silver to match my jewelry.
3. She didn't clean up the underside of the acrylics much and I had some big globe I had to file myself on the underside.
After the gold silver debacle I didn't even bother reminding her I'd asked for a brow wax - I was ready to leave out of frustration.
In the end the nails do look pretty nice, but the color issue is quite a big deal considering I asked multiple times for silver and she insisted it was silver. It isn't. I'm honestly in tears over spending so much on the wrong color but didn't have it in me to argue with the tech after a few back and forth.
UPDATE: contacted the shop over Facebook messenger and they were apologetic and very responsive. They got me in immediately the next morning and not only fixed the color, but shaped them a little better and cleaned up the edges. Lena is amazing and I will be back (but not on a weekend - mornings there are best it seems!)
I went there today after hearing great things about the salon with my friend who had a great experience. However, my experience was not so good I left with three of my 10 nails have holes in the acrylic my nails are way too thick and I wanted silver Chrome accent nails and that is not what I got and I wanted artwork and what I got was a bunch of stuff I don't even know what it is. It was absolutely not worth the money. I spent $70 for my nails to get done and when I complained to one technician she gave me to another technician who continued to do the same thing. I will never go back. My Chrome accent nails (see below) looks like a kindergartner painted on them. I work hard for my money. I can't believe this is what I have to walk around with now. Very disappointed
