Honestly I love this place the staff is always friendly and helpful. For a family friendly environment they are doing amazing. Except for one person, I believe her name is Pat. I went in there to buy a few presents. As we were browsing my child needed her diaper changed and I know you can't take merchandise to the restroom so I ask her if I could place some sweater on the racks there and that I would be back. First she rolled her eyes at me and while looking at my baby and me as if we were nothing brought her hands up in frustration and basically gritted through her teeth at me that she didn't have room and proceeded to ignore me to complain about me to her coworker. Let me just mention she had a rack and shelfs basically empty, there was also no one in line or around and I only had 3 sweaters. I walked away because I couldn't believe someone could be so rude over such a simple thing of putting things to the side and I was going to reply back but with my baby being fussy she was my priority. I had mentioned this to a cashier while checking out and they told me that they weren't surprised that she is known for being a rude disrespectful person. The fact that the employees there know about this and she still has a job there is astonishing to me. This is a family friendly place with great people working there but to have someone there who in simple words it's a complete utter bitch to people and co workers there is still employed there is truly mind blowing.
Worst experience ever. Horrible and rude service. The guy at the entrance telling everyone they can't lay on the display beds. Makes zero sense! We were prepared to buy a new comforter set. Why would you alienate your customers? Such a poor experience. No wonder amazon is ruling the world.
This location is older and smaller than their location in papillion. If it wasn't so far from where I live i would shop there at shadowlake more often. Also, the wait time to check out is usually pretty ridiculous.
