I've been searching for someone to color and cut my blonde hair without turning it ashy. I found that in Isabelle! I've been told by friends that the color looks better than it has in 10 years! I will be a repeat customer!

The stylist was nice but Curly girls run away!! DO NOT GET A KERATIN TREATMENT which she suggested and I knew nothing about, until now, it's not for curly hair! I was going in for a curly cut! My hair fell out after the treatment. Also she cut off so much of my length! A curly expert would know better. I had two uneven side chunks which looked like bozo the clown and it was longer in the back. I've been wearing my hair up for 5 months because it looks horrible. This is the 4th stylist in Roger's Premier Salons that I've gone to in a two year time frame and had all bad experiences, with the exception of one, he was okay but he just got sloppy. It's been a total nightmare losing my hair. I thought my hair was in bad shape before I went to this stylist, this is the absolute worst experience of them all. I've been undecided about leaving a bad review but I think after 5 months of bad hair days and losing 50% of my hair I decided it was time. I will never step foot into that building again. I hope your experience is different.

This is probably the best experience I have ever had in a salon. Isabella was so sweet, friendly, knowledgable, patient, and honest. She did an excellent job of correcting the mistakes to my haircut. I drove from Kerrville, Tx as I have been very unsatisfied with my hair for the last 3 years. I have never in my life gone to a salon that had not been recommended to me...but I was desperate. Isabella saw my problems and issues immediately. She then explained to me what she was going to do to correct the "mess". I am going back next week for color and have already booked my next "cut" appointment in 5 weeks. I would highly recommend this master stylist to anyone. Years ago, a stylist told me "It is the cut that counts!!!" She has been so correct and I have remembered that quote. I finally got a good cut, a plan to improve it, and plan on being a permanent customer of Isabella.

She is extremely knowledgeable and a very kind person! She made me feel very comfortable when I was nervous and not sure what I wanted. My history with my hair I usually have gotten partial highlights and very bleached out my highlights for grown out for about 9 months. She did a full highlight on my hair and did a beautiful haircut it's been 1 month later and I can still maintain my hair. She gave me some nice Insight on how to take care of it how to style it everyday all I use now is shampoo conditioner and a leave-in post shower I don't have to use hairspray your other products anymore. I will be a returning customer! Well worth the money I spent for quality and great results! Thanks again!

Made an appointment with Isabel. She was very nice and I was very happy with my color. However, the number one thing I told her with my cut was that I didn't want to lose the length. I showed her pictures of an angled bob and explained that I knew it would be shorter in the back but I didn't want it shorter in the front. She began cutting and halfway through told me over and over how difficult this particular cut was and how it always gave her trouble and always "ate her lunch." WTH? I wish she would have been honest about that BEFORE she began cutting my hair!! Now my hair is about 4" shorter than I wanted and it is uneven in the back! Plus, at the end, when I asked for a receipt, she said it would be emailed because she had no way to print one. A week and two phone calls later and I still have no receipt!! I will NOT be going back. The search for a good stylist continues...
