Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in San Antonio, TX

If I could rate this place -5 stars I totally would. I recently went to get my bestie and I a manicure/ full set. I asked for something very simple, but came out with totally different nails that I highly disliked. The first red flag should've been when she looked at the picture of the nails I wanted very confused. Second they didn't even have the color I wanted which was a simple baby pink!! I brushed these red flags off and still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not surprisingly they came out just horrible. Each nail is different lengths and shapes like whattt. The acrylic was layered very horribly it looks all bubbly and lumpy ew. The nails were even on crooked. The lady that was doing my nails ended up cutting all my cuticles, and my nails were hurting even days after. Usually when I go a guy does my nails but I think this lady was very new at nails, and had no idea what she was doing. She didn't know how to do the shape I wanted either which was tapered square. Never coming back a waste of money!

I only go to nail salons for waxing my lip and eyebrows. I've been to the regal nails on Vance Jackson and thought I'd have the same service here. But the lady who did my eyebrows missed so much hair that you can tell is usually waxed. She also took twice as long as ANY place I've gone to get a wax at. Horrible place, they offered for me to come back tomorrow. I don't have time for that and got charged $17 instead of the $15 that's listed. I wish I could rate this NO STARS!

Horrible place! I paid $45 and $35 for Shellac Pedi and Mani. Two days later it came off!! Stay away from this place. Didn't remove cuticles either. Really go somewhere else!

I asked for a certain length and shape and he chose to give me what he wanted. I explained to him that the nails were not long enough nor the shape was the same and he told me it would be extra and they were long enough. So if you want a nail technician to decide what nails are good for you then this is the place to come.

Came here with a friend of mine and we both had a bad experience. We had called a few places and ended up getting out nails done here because it was the cheapest (also we were already at the WalMart that this place is in). Come to find out after our nails were done had somehow went from $25 to $35 without an explaination. A woman who didn't do our nails and hadn't even spoken to us the entire time got rude with us and said that the guy told us it was $35 for French tip nails and $25 for American (????? what?). I'm pretty sure she wasn't even in there when the guy gave us the pricing. We paid and left and as we were walking away my friend told me she didn't even like her nails. I didn't like mine either. We both were left with cotton ball fuzz left all around our nails, bubbles in the polish, and glue visible around the edges. I had bubbles in every single nail as well as a speck of black lint on one of the white tips and they were so THICK around the base, it looked terrible. My friend went back in to the store and complained and had hers fixed. I won't be going here again.
