This is probably the best Medspa I have ever visited. The staff was wonderful. Dr. Modiri explained all of my options packages and in the end offered me exactly what I was looking for. One of the things I really like is she told me I didn't need some of the things that I had asked about. In my experience most of these places just try to sell you everything that they can sell you. However here at Renu they gave me advice the best fit my needsHowever here at renew they gave me advice that best fit my needs. I have always experienced Botox lasting anywhere between 3 to 4 months depending on the time of year how active I am, how much I sweat etc. The last time I had it done it lasted for months and that was great. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody looking for a trust worthy doctor that will not try to over bill or sell services that are not needed.

This place was gorgeous! Friendly staff and clean. The prices were reasonable. Good customer service and good prices are a winning combination for me! I look forward to my next visit.

Look elsewhere. Went here for botox and it never worked. Dr. leaves the room to fill syringes. I made a follow up appt that I cancelled, because I was not willing to let the Dr. inject me again. She is likely watering down the product so much that it does not work. Go to someone reputable who does not fill their syringes in a room that you are not in.

DO NOT GO HERE. Got ripped off. Went there with a friend to do it together and started with one spot of Botox. Got there and the doctor didn't even introduce herself. I had many questions to ask from research and friends procedures and since this was my first preventative Botox session, thought it would be helpful to confirm all I've collected. Tessa was very unhelpful, answered questions totally off from what I had researched and been told. (Things like: how long I should wait to sleep, how long before traveling and working out, etc.). Her answers were always double the time that I have heard everywhere else. Also since this was preventative Botox, everything I read said I only need 10-15 units but she insisted on doing 20 which I thought was too much. She then said we needed two spots to Botox so we purchased the second spot. Then she goes to get the Botox. She was gone about 10 min and comes back with the vials - open and ready to go. I was warned to not trust this but of course, I needed to give her the benefit of the doubt (fault of my own) because WHY WOULD SOMEONE MESS WITH THEM. Of course, Botox did not work. I did everything to a T of what she said. Called back and they insisted I come in for a touch up - As I do not trust this anymore, I was against it. The drive was too far and I was too unsure and distrusting of this that I did not want to go. I also felt awful after the first round and did not want to go through that again so I just wanted a refund. At the same time, my friend was calling to because her results were just the same. Finally after calling a few times, my friend got the doctor on the phone that said the vials she gave us were bad because of a fridge problem!! Why was their story different the first few times we called!? Were they just noticing it now?! And why did they not contact us when that happened? I called as well and talked to the doctor finally. I told her what I heard and she confirmed and I asked why she did not reach out to everyone. She explained that she does not know who got what vial - again another red flag. She said I could be processed for a refund and the office manager would call me. Days later, I got a call for my card number and was told id hear back from her about the amount. Did not hear. I called again, and got their receptionist who confirmed I only got half back of what I paid. I asked for the office manager to call me back. Did not hear. I called again 4 days later (today) and the receptionist - Lisa - said that it was unfair that I was asking back a full refund. But I'm asking for my money back for a service I DID NOT GET. IT WAS THEIR FAULT THE VIALS WERE BAD. They refused a full refund. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
