Beauty Nails Salem Center Mall ABSOLUTELY the worst nail salon we have ever gone to.  My daughter and I (We) paid $120 dollars for two sets.  Within a week in a half. I had three fall off and two broken.  My daughter had only 4 left on. The rest fell off.   We went back today when both nail techs  there.  They would not make it right.   The lady said we pay $6500 dollars and have bills.  I was like that's not my problem.   She became very irritated and loud.  I'm not a CHEAP  person we would have paid something to fix them but she said $55.00's. Are you out of your mind. NEVER WILL GO BACK AND WILL SHARE our experience with others.

We will be returning to Lilly and Natalia Lux artistry nail bar.  Definitely worth definitely worth the drive to Commercial Street exit daylight donuts, Lilly, and at what they do. We will be returning to our normal nail tech.

If you're wondering why we ended up going to beauty nails in the first place is because we are doing a mother daughter day and unfortunately get both of us in on the same day. We have learned our lesson to wait for the best.

Have been coming here off and on for years. Mostly good pedicure experiences. No music, dorky tv westerns and Korean comedy shows on TV.

The pedicure I received today is THE LAST ONE. I'll let the picture tell the story.

IT'S TIME FOR THIS BUSINESS TO SHUT THE DOORS. MY GOD.

Absolutely horrid service. I went here to get acrylics and was tricked into getting gel while not knowing that it would cost extra. I wanted to get my nails done professionally for my birthday and didn't know much about them or the nail business in general.  The man that did my nails, Tron Nguyen, was very aggressive with my hands and shook them when I wasn't in the position he wanted. He would jam my hands into the gel lamp and yell at me if I didn't put them in far enough or not far enough. My nails didn't even look good after. Uneven and weirdly shaped. DO NOT GO HERE!

I took my two teen girls here for a pedicure and one of them ended up leaving bleeding. The male who was doing her manicure was too aggressive when trimming her cuticles and she ended up bleeding profusely. There was no apology or discount. He didn't say a word to me about this. She also left and I looked at the palm of her hand and she had nail polish all over her fingers. I had to remove this when we got home. I am not happy. (Side note- she said he was friendly and she likes the French manicure)
I got a pedicure at the same time and the guy I got was really rough too. I have several smaller cuts on my toes that hurt. The massage was good and the polish looks nice other than the pain.
I saw the reviews and tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt but I will not be back

Not great, not bad.

I went here with two friends to get two gel manicures and an acrylic fill. They were able to get us in almost immediately, which was nice. The space is a little weird, there's just three people and tons of empty shelves and stations.
My friend who got her acrylics filled wasn't pleased. She had to ask for a lot of changes and felt like she didn't get what she was asking for. She wanted a rounder shape and it just didn't happen. The person doing her nails also watched videos on their phone while doing her nails!

I didn't love my experience. I felt my stylist was a little abrupt. She kind of shoved my hands around a lot and was not gentle. The actual painting job was good! She was able to do the look I wanted, for the most part. I asked for more sparkles and that didn't happen. She also jabbed me with her own nails a few times- going with the "cover the entire finger with clear polish then rip the skin from the polish" approach.

My final friend also had a weird experience. She is from Montana and her parents from Missouri. Her heritage is Asian. And the stylist would not believe her that she is American. Additionally, this stylist was also a little abrupt. She got annoyed when my friend asked to have her nails rounded more.

The end results were great- our nails look lovely! But the experience was odd. I was also charged a different amount than my friend for the exact same service. Odd.
