BEAUTE NAIL & SPA in Saraland, AL

I made an appointment at this salon for a mani/pedi.  After a long wait in cold water for my pedicure, the technician finally began my pedicure.  She was clearly not interested and was distracted to the point of being dangerous.  She cut my right big toe with the clippers, and insisted it was "nothing".  It took 15 minutes to stop the bleeding.  They wanted to "take me to urgent care" and I stated I would go on my own and they would reimburse me.  The staff talked in Vietnamese loudly about the incident and the manage was insisting she go with me to urgent care, which I declined.  There were several expired licenses hanging on the wall of people currently working at the salon.  After three requests, they produced a First Aid kit with expired contents and want to tend to the wound themselves, which I would not allow.  I will be pursuing further action.  STAY AWAY!

I have been going to the salon for a couple of years now . I know 80% of the time they're busy and I have had wait 20 to 30 mins. for a pedi.. However on this day I sat in chair number one for 45 minutes while cold water swirled around my feet and watched them take care of three clients that came in after me. There  so happened to be a roll of paper towels on the counter next to me which I dried my feet off with and left In the process of me doing this no one acknowledged me drying my feet leaving the spa. I walked out the door and not a word was said

these ladies are great at what they do! everyone that I've had the pleasure of working with was very kind and took their time and made my nails awesome. never been disappointed. these pictures will show you the kind of detail and talent they have.

i have short nails since i bite them but the lady who did mine was so good. she took her time and was focused and made sure they was to my likings. thank you, i'm in love. she made me having short tiny nails look great.

I typically don't write reviews but this one was worth giving my opinion. I do not recommend going here. I made an appointment and was sat right away but I quickly realized that an appointment doesn't matter because they just sit anyone who walks in. I waited for 30-40 minutes before the woman started on my nails. While she did them very quickly I wasn't too impressed with the job she did plus she didn't even try to make conversation because she was doing 3 other peoples nails at the same time. I left kind of disappointed but decided to just live with it. However 2 DAYS LATER 3 OF MY NAILS CHIPPED. Now one week later and half of my nails are chipped. Not worth the $40 and I will not be going here again!!
