I took my daughter and my granddaughter in there have their nails done for an early Christmas present. There were only two nail techs in there at the time we waited for quite a while, and when I finally got back in the back to have my nails done, the lady took the tips I had on off and I told her that I wanted tips, but I wanted them short, instead she put the acrylic over top of my thin nails that she had already took the Dremel to so far three of them have broken off. I went back one time, but I live almost to the Mississippi state line, and when I did go back the lady acted like it was an inconvenience while she was I wanted the tips and she never replied but when I did go back, she did put a tip on the one that broke but didn't fix the rest so now I have three more nails they're broken and I guess I'll have to go somewhere else to pay and have them done that is closer to my house I am very disappointed in the service in which I received I have never went in and not had tips put on my nails when I had them done nor been ignored when I ask what were you doing when they were in the process of doing my nails. I wouldn't suggest anybody to go there. The service time is horrible. and the service in which I received was not very good at all.
Horrible! After waiting 2 1/5 hours to be waited on, we were skipped by someone that came an hour after myself and my daughter. I brought it to one of the mail techs attention and her reply was "sorry" and proceeded to continue to overlook us. I'll NEVER patronize them again!
I'm from out of town... popped in here expecting a spa pedicure... No. I felt rushed, no spa pedicure, all they basically did was wash my feet and slap some gel polish on it. They did not trim my nails as I asked. Loved the color, next on to the Dip nails, or they call it SNS. Well my nails look horrible, the edges are rough, my nails bend, which shouldn't happen. There are serious ridges on several of my nails. The edges were not filed down. Needless to say I felt like this place has a lot to learn about doing nails and pedicures. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!
this place was wonderful. they did the nails exactly how i showed them and also were very nice and cleanliness was 5 stars everyone was so nice! recommend coming here!!!!
One of the ladies that work there used a drill to cut my cuticles, I think her name is Jenny. The place was nice and clean. Lisa did my mom nails and toes. She did a great job. The wait time was not long on a Saturday.
