I just wanted to say that, as I'm trying to cut back on my budget, I went into BASE Spa & Wellness to cancel my membership and buy product with what money I've paid that I have banked up and they said I would have to pay almost $150 in discounts I've received during this past year. Just wanted to let everyone know that this is how they treat their long-time customers. Lame.
I went here to get my eyelashes filled, I had gone to previous places before but decided to come to Base because of location. The girl who did my lashes was super sweet but my lashes lasted 3 days before pretty much all of them fell out when they usually last a month for me. The service was also incredibly expensive for getting a lash fill and didn't last. When I called the best she could give me was 15% off the next service. Not happy at all with my results or situation.
Went in for lip color. Color did not retain. Brandi would be willing to darken them but with an additional charge. Spent a nice chunck of money and no difference. Would not recommend.
Went here for henna on brows. The shape and color turned out great however as a first time customer there and never having my brows done before the staff was lacking as far as information goes. I get there fill out my first visit paperwork and the girl calls me - doesn't introduce herself at all. I go get in her chair and tell her I have never had this before - she says nothing. No explanation about the procedure what to expect or aftercare , I had to ask all the questions myself.

I had a lash lift and tint with Erica today and the results are AMAZING! I have very long lashes, but they are very straight and very blonde. This makes my eyes pop. Erica was the best! I have anxiety and she was great at making the entire procedure so relaxing! I will recommend tan & lash to everyone! I might try cryotherapy next!
