Beds are clean, staff is nice, courteous and knowledgeable. Been tanning here for about three months and haven't had a single problem. I'm not sure if management has changed since the last reviews were posted, but I've def not had any issues.
Well this is a weird place. They don't give receipts. There is no manager and the girl that is working here won't give me her name. They just took $34 from me for 6 sessions. She put me in a 1970's bed that Burned me and I kept getting electric shocks. Half of me is burned and my bottom half is white. First, I feel their "cheaper" beds are unsafe (fire hazard)and Second, what kind of place doesn't give you a receipt or even a card to sign your name too agreeing that you have a limited number of sessions...Or any kind of contract for that matter. She tells me she just works here and everything is in the computer system. I told her I would agree to an upgrade to a better bed or a refund. She said she can't do a refund and no managers are calling her back and that I would have to come back some other time. I said when will a manager be around to speak to... she said she didn't know.... what is up with this place? I feel robbed because I was. I could amend this with the management otherwise I'm filing a claim with my bank.

I have been going to this salon exclusively for 6 years now. The staff has always been extremely friendly. They learned my name and remembered me after day one. In addition, any questions I ask, they can answer! Whether its questions about lotions, the different levels of beds they have or any other product they sell, they can give you an informative answer. I love how professional yet friendly they are.
LA tan in Chesterton is the best tanning salon I've been to. I've been tanning for 23 years and have been to many salons. This is the first one I will go out of my way to go to!!
