This salon is usually a great experience. I made the mistake of coming in on a Friday evening when Phoebe wasn't working. The girl gave me an 8 minute haircut and then wanted $17.50. Hold on a minute, $17.50 is for a haircut and shampoo. I didn't receive a shampoo, nor was I offered one. What is this Great Clips? She said it was the same price, seriously? So I gave her the $17.50 and no tip. Forget about having an eyebrow trim, too lazy to offer that. Very disappointing service.
Ruby also gave me the worst haircut of my life. She's very sweet and seems like she knows what she's doing... but she doesn't. She cut so much off and couldn't even make it even. My hair use to be one length and now it's shorter in the back and longer in front? Not sure how that big of a mistake can be made.

Do not go to this salon! My hair was destroyed by Ruby. It looks like my 3 year old nephew cut my hair and my color was so screwed up I cried! I spent 8 hours in the salon to have them fix it. Holly did the best she could but my hair is so damaged! I called and spoke with Michelle, the district manager, who could have cared less, stating that she cannot accommodate because I was just inconvenienced! Seriously?? Not to mention she lied in regards to call me back. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Which is a shame because Holly and Beth are very good!

I walked in between 11 and noon wanting highlights and a haircut after I was told by another chain salon that they wouldn't be able to get me in until next week. Fiesta couldn't take me right then, but the woman at the counter was nice enough to help me make an appointment for a few hours later.
This was my first time at Fiesta, and I decided to take a chance based on the reviews I had seen. Let me just say that I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair, but Mark did an excellent job listening to my wants and helping me pick something that would work for my long, dark, thick hair.
I will definitely be back based on my experience with Mark today, and I will most definitely be recommending him and the salon to my family and friends.
Julia is very talented. I was not happy where I was taking my boys for haircuts, I like them to have some style and Julia can do it. She is friendly and professional.
