The owner is obnoxious. DO NOT go there, horrible customer service. They never return your phone calls and try to extort more money from you , saying that the services you purchased from Groupon are not covered and you need to pay more than what was advertised on Groupon. I would not recommend this place to anyone, just because of the negative attitude and poor customer service
B did SUCH an amazing job with my hair on my first visit. Honestly, she has been the only stylist I've seen that ACTUALLY gave me exactly what I was wanting! So respectful, humble, and up front with costs! Since I was needing a lot done, (I had booked from a Groupon) she explained to me step by step what we needed to do, what was included on what I prepaid for, and what wasn't. Even for the services not included on the Groupon, it was very reasonable and affordable. She was such a pleasant person to talk to, and the salon is very clean, cute, and easy to find! I will for sure be coming back to get future hair services done here ! I look at my before and after photos (long blonde was before) and she by far has done the best work I've ever had done on my hair. I truly feel beautiful again.
I went to B' all of That Salon on a whim. My hair was in terrible shape. It was over-processed and orange. It was ORANGE!!!! I felt like I could trust her from the start. I told her what I wanted (highlights) and let her do her thing. She added lowlights and highlights and the orange was GONE! She has a customer for life now!
Do not book a party for your child there. The owner charged me $100 for a deposit for the Ultimate package when the website clearly says that the deposit is $50. When I questioned her about it she said that it is just the way it is. she also told me that as long as I cancel 24 hours prior I would get a full refund. Well my daughter got quarantined from school so we had to cancel and refused to give me my deposit back. I had to file a claim with American Express on her. She is very disorganized, does not remember the conversations you had with her, does not check her email and does not run her business on integrity.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I bought a Groupon for cut and color and had to pay extra after the service because my hair was too long. She put my hair in a low ponytail used 5 foiled sections and fried my hair for 20 minutes. Any hairdresser with a license knows you can't treat hair like this or it will fall out!! My hair is beyond damaged!!! They say a picture says a thousand words. If this picture doesn't scream stay away, I don't know what does. She was also the rudest person I have ever met. She is refusing to refund this disaster. Please just don't do it!
