Great Clips in Puyallup, WA

I can't remember who cut my hair but my hair cut was even on both sides and cut even depth wise. Tho it's just a buzz cut I'm throughly happy. I Went in on a Sunday in the morning. Wasn't busy but that ain't bad. Very professional and friendly. Even was open to chatting and hold a conversation.

Have had pretty good haircuts from here in the past. Using the online check in helps too. But a few weeks ago I got my haircut which turned out pretty good. But the lady cut my neck up so bad with the trimmers. My neck was stinging and on fire for hours. This is not okay to come out of a haircut like this. The lady was friendly, but no wonder she didn't show me the back of my haircut like they usually do. I reached out to Great Clips social media immediately. Took them 3 weeks to respond and they only did after I sent another message saying obviously their company doesn't care. They said they'll forward my information to the owner of that franchise to get a hold of me. Not holding my breath on a response, but wanted to make sure people are aware of what can happen here. Definitely doesn't make me want to come back, there are plenty of other places in Puyallup I've had good haircuts from.

If I could give 0 star I would. I've been going to this place and I've always had a great haircut, except today. Try avoiding getting a hair from the Mexican lady with a black long hair. All she had to do was follow notes on her but, instead she tried to do it her ways. She thought I was a Mexican kid and tried to do the typical fish cut hairstyle. I always do combover. Nothing was done right. I paid $23 but her cut is only worth $2.

Went to get a haircut today, and I had been there previously, and they did a great job. But today, they screwed my hair up to the point I really don't want to go anywhere. They had the notes in the system and everything and I told her exactly what I wanted and it seemed like she decided that I wasn't going to get that, I was just going to get what she did. I'm seriously debating not going back, and if I do, I am definitely not going to let her do it ever again. It was the Asian lady in there who did it. Definitely don't recommend it.

In comparison to other locations, for instance, Canyon Road, I prefer this location. The online Checkin is the way to go. This helps from a long wait when you get there. I've been here several times now and with exception to a couple times have had a good experience.
