Came in for a walk-in pedicure and was seated immediately. I asked for my nails to be left longer and they listened and gave me a great shape. Kind employees and great service!

I was very disappointed with the quality of my nails. I very rarely spend money on myself & took time out of my day to treat myself and now am having to spend more money to get my nails redone before Christmas. Pics are what I wanted versus what I got. Pedicure was good but wouldn't go back for a manicure!

Stoped here due to the close proximity to our hotel and because it had good reviews. Asked for a manicure ($20) with ($7) French paint. Got in right away on a weekday afternoon and was in the chair about 40 minutes. The manicure itself was very basic but thorough. The cuticle work was great but the "massage" was about 60 seconds on each arm and not very relaxing. They're a little shorter than I would prefer, but the time the manicurist took to make them look good was certainly appreciated. I stayed extra long to ensure they were very dry. After 25 minutes, they were dry and the lady checked me out. I saw people getting pedicures and they all looked very relaxed. Overall, I am pleased.

Very rude service, the guy doing my nails ripped off my previous acrylics and continued after I said it hurt. He didn't even soak them, I've never been to a place who doesn't soak acrylics to remove. Adding on, after he did this my nails started hurting and burning, most likely damaged my nails. When he was shaping my new ones I asked for them to be more pointy and he rolled his eyes. Then he started putting glitter on my nails after I said I wanted just plain blue he then told me find your color yourself then (he picked color based on inspo pic) so I got up and he rudely said hurry. I thought this was rude he very easily could have said I can get some other opinions or we can go try to find one you like. Lastly my nails didn't look at all what I asked for and don't look professional, for the money I paid I'm angry with what I got and due to the service I will never being going back.
