I always go to this salon for my eyebrows when I have an event and today the typical lady's who do them weren't there . There was a new girl not sure her name but she had black and red hair with glasses. She did my eyebrows and I was not happy with what I got! She didn't ask if I wanted them arch or thin or thick etc. Once she completed she left my eyebrows like this looks like I didn't even get them done! And I've never had this issue with the other lady's. Now I have to pluck them at home due to her poor less job!
I do not recommend coming here. I still gave it a chance (even after reading some bad reviews) and I came out with completely uneven eyebrows. The lady that did my service was rough and rude/unfriendly. Please save your money and find elsewhere to do your threading services so you don't end up with uneven eyebrows like me :(
Very rough service. My underarms got burnt, and have a mark on my face due to rough waxing. And no cleaning supplies at all. They should improve their hygiene standard and serve their clients patiently.
They didn't put so much care into my facial - they got the exfoliator and cream all into my nose and eyes. As for threading, the last time I got that done here, they cut me under my brows and you could see a line of dried up blood.
The worst eyebrows threading place in Bothell . They will make sure to spoil your eyebrows and do not take responsibility for their actions.
