Mid December our dogs were groomed. The groomer shaved the underneath and belly of one of our dogs after I said to NEVER shave her. 3 months later and fur has not grown back. She ruined my beautiful dog. Will never go back. If I could rate it a zero I would.
Everyone here is super friendly and our little furry friends couldn't be happier. My boys smell fresh and are very well groomed. I do enjoy that they even called us ahead of time to let us know what time our pups would be finished. I'm happy to say we found our new and forever groomers!
We take our two dogs to Animal Arts. They do a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. The owner is usually right there and the rest of the staff a friendly and helpful.
Facts only you judge. It took 7 1/2 hours for them to groom my 13 year old loving dog. On our 35 minute drive home she panted heavily the entire ride and seemed under duress. When we got home she went to her water dish and wouldn't stop drinking for a long time. After a few minutes she returned to her water and again drank for a very long time. This happened a total of three times. For me, never again will I put my sweet dog through that again. I have found out they cage dry the dogs, which I think is inhumane.
