My husband treated me to a surprise afternoon for my birthday and it was absolutely wonderful. I am always nervous when trying a new salon or spa because you never know what you're gonna get but they did an excellent job on everything. I had a massage and facial by Cassy and she was so personable and fun, both service were great and had me nice and relaxed to have my hair done next. she even went and made me a delicious iced coffee to sip on while having my hair done. I believe my hair was done by Ella (forgive me it's been a couple months) and she nailed it. I had an odd request of green balayage and my hair came out perfect. She basically did exactly what the photo I showed her was and finished it off with styling so cute that I'll never be able to recreate it myself lol. I told my husband I needed that to be my gift every year from now on.
I followed my stylist from Avon to this salon. I was DEVASTATED when my regular gal "retired" from hair, BUT she paired me with another amazing stylist at Revive, and I am very picky. The salon itself is cute, the shampoo room is what my bathroom dreams are made of, and the best part is the staff. Everyone is so kind, and I have yet to walk out of here with a bad experience or haircut. The price is worth it. 10/10 recommend.
Sidney is amazing, she is both personable and professional every appointment. She lets me know what's newly available service/retail wise in a manner that doesn't feel like she's selling things to me, but that she knows what my interests are as a client and cares about what my goals are for my visits with her.. She is an amazingly thoughtful person and I feel pampered every time I come in for a visit.
The staff is beyond friendly & talented at all they do. I've been coming for a little less than a year and yet every time I walk in I am greeted like I've been coming for years. Y'all have an amazing team and environment that absolutely makes my day every time I come in.
Best salon I've been to in Hamilton county. Very trendy, relaxing, and welcoming! Go to Shelby if you're blonde...her color skills are top notch.
