First time here for a pedicure. Very relaxing, good service, clean. I will definitely be back.

Take your hard earned money elsewhere. This was my 3rd time giving this location the "benefit of the doubt" because of the convenience. And now I have learned that convenience is not always the best thing. This go around I walked in and was very specific that I wanted a shellac pedi and dip mani. I got regular polish pedi. Fine. It looks good and the massage was definitely appreciated. Getting the mani started the tech confirmed that I wanted a shellac mani and I said no, dip. After she had buffed my nails she instructed me to change stations to be with a different tech. Also, fine. As long as the job gets done. The new tech again buffed my nails, so now they are SUPER thin and brittle. She then proceeded to put so many layers of dip on my nails that my hand was more dip than not. I sat back expecting that she would file it down. Nope. She also did not confirm what shape I wanted my nails. She also started picking at a small open wound on the tip of one of my fingers. I got home and went to go wash my hands to get off the stuff that got on my skin and I noticed that ALL of the nails on my left hand were already lifting and it has only been 30 minutes! So very disappointed. Not only for the lack of care and attention, but that this is a poor representation of our community.

Three of us decided we'd try something different than the usual spot we go to. We were very, very disappointed. Called ahead the day before to secure appointments, and we were seen right away at our scheduled time. The ladies that worked on us were very quiet and did not have a lot to say to us to make us more comfortable during our visit. Felt very cold towards us. The only person in the salon that made anyone feel welcome was the guy that was there, I feel like he's the only one running the show there. I did regular pedicure with regular polish, red for the holidays- since my pedicures usually last for awhile on my toes. The experience was just ok, nothing special, nothing horrifically terrible (or so it seemed). I noticed the file looked like it'd been used before, but their instruments were coming out of autoclaved packages so I decided to look past that for now. I was the last to get done, and I joined my mom under the drying station to finish letting our nails dry. It felt like no air was blowing on them whatsoever. The guy working the salon checked them at the end and said they were done. When I got home I felt one of my small nails was sharp, upon further inspection most of them were sharp, and the polish was poorly covering my nails. My mom got blue sparkly polish, like me she noticed they did not start with a base coat or finish with a top coat. She told me that they globbed on the polish instead of brushing it on. She sat for over 20 minutes waiting for them to dry. Guy working the salon said they were good when we put shoes on. When we got home my mom noticed the tops of her toenails were very rough, and sure enough there's no way the polish that had been globbed on had dried. She decided to take off her polish at home and noticed that her toenails too were not filed very well. The lady doing my grandpa's pedicure helped him take off his shoes after he requested some assistance, and then helped him put them back on afterwards, which is very nice and helpful. The worst part of our experience and the reason I will never return here is that he was cut by the clippers during his appointment. There was no acknowledgment of her doing so and she just kept working. My grandpa didn't say anything until after we left. I wish we would have said something then. I hope others read this review, as I wish I could have. I do not want them to make it right with me or I would have called. Maybe they'll try to be better in the future.

I had a couple of good experiences but the last one was not! The tech pried off the existing acrylic nail because it had loosened from my nail with a plastic nail. It hurt like crazy and started to bleed under my nail. By the time she was finished, blood was seeping from under my nail and she had the audacity to ask me what was wrong with that nail, acting like something was wrong with it when I came in! Days later it was still sore!! Not returning!!!

Definitely love coming here, and I definitely recommend Jenny! she fixed my nails right up, no problem! It was such a drastic difference between the before and after, I was afraid that they were going to break but Jenny worked some magic and they all came out better than I imagined! I always know I can trust her to do a great job and get me in pretty quickly. Everyone here is pretty gentle and nice and do a wonderful job!
