I scheduled an appt for my 10 year old daughter and based on the website, a shampoo, cut and style is $14. After my daughter was done the stylist told me $17. when I asked why, she said it had to do with the level of the stylist. If that's the case, they should say on the website "starting at $14". I scheduled an appt for myself the very next day for a cut and color. The stylist said she would be doing a cut while I was sitting waiting for the color to take. I figured like 30, maybe 40 minutes tops. I sat there for over an hour with the color sitting on my hair while the stylist, took out foils, washed, massaged, cut and styled her hair. Then she took her to do a wax job. Had I known I would be sitting for over an hour with color in my hair, I would've scheduled for another day. Then, to make things worse, I specifically asked for a darker brown then I currently had with a little red tint. My hair is super dark, looks black and I can't see any red in it. Very disappointed.
The staff was very friendly. I took my son there for his second haircut though he was scared as most toddlers are their first few times they were able to calm him down and give him a very good cut. I also get my hair cut there and they give an excellent fade. I will be coming back in the future!
The color was okay, but my hair looks like it was cut by a 3 year old. I have to get it fixed.
